We operate a genuine (24 hour) ‘Immediate Response’ Private Ambulance Service. This means that (day or night) we are just a telephone call away! Many of our assignments involve the transportation of seriously ill patients – e.g. between hospitals or from their home for urgent admission to hospital.
Our ambulances are therefore fully equipped – and manned by an experienced driver and a qualified attendant. If needed, we can also add additional professionals (e.g. a qualified nurse) to ensure that every patient receives a level of professional care that is appropriate to his or her needs.
Our concept is simple. Every patient is an individual – and therefore no two patients are exactly the same. This means that every patient (as an individual) needs to be treated in a special way. We therefore endeavour to tailor our service to suit the specific individual requirements of each patient.
It is for this reason that our staff, equipment and vehicles are all carefully selected – to ensure that the service is able to satisfy the patients every need. We can promise you that the service you will receive from Alpha Medical will be second-to-none!
