Our Patient Transport Service is available 24/7 for all urgent and non-emergency patient transport assignments. Over the years our qualified crews have conveyed THOUSANDS of patients (with a wide range of medical conditions and injuries) using ambulance cars, PTS ambulances and Frontline ambulances.


We offer a choice of professional patient transportation services to convey NHS and private patients on a local, national and international basis.

For instance, at the present time, various NHS hospitals and Primary Care Trusts use Alpha Paramedic & Ambulance Service for ‘one way’ patient transfers and ‘wait and return’ assignments.
